Atoms and Molecules
The Atom depiction illustrates the Protons in the atomic nucleus with positive (+) charge interacting with the Electron_lobes having negative (-) charge of the mediating Photons, whose complementary Positron_lobes extend outward from the Atom, with an extent diminishing from the initial amplitude as an inverse square relationship, because of self and like-charge repulsion.
The 'Photon Shell' geometry arises from the path of compression down into the nucleus of the Electron_lobe, where the Photon is the central null property 'integrated phase inversion' superposition of the complementary lobes. Shells form from equivalent radii, which are proportional to the compression path.
Like EM charges Repel, so the Positrons repel from each other and repel from the Proton in the nucleus, but the
Electron}{Proton attraction with that much greater nucleon mass anchors the Photon in the atom, while the repulsion keeps it all from collapsing inward, and provides the geometric structure. The repulsion sets the geometry, so here we see 2 protons and electrons as far apart as possible, on opposite sides of the nuclear center projecting outward. For 3 protons and electrons, the radial Positron_lobes separate by 120 degrees, and so on. The Force is proportional to 1/r^2, so these geometries and extents produce the forces associated with the atomic and molecular geometries.
Note that in Molecules, the interaction between different atoms is facilitated via Free_Electrons, not Electron_lobes of Photons. This mediation between atoms via Free_Electrons is why the ions and charges are essential to chemical interactions and molecular bonds. Since the Proton is much more massive than electrons/positrons, the Electron EM attraction Force with Protons is greater than between electrons and positrons, accounting for the stronger Atomic bonds between Electron_lobe and nuclear Proton than Molecular bonds through those Free_Electron to Positron bonds.

These atoms and molecules are not static (above absolute 0 degrees, anyway), so the spins and movements of atoms and molecules influence those precise geometric angles - so those locations are never "still" or fixed, but always moving around, like floating balloons anchored by fixed length strings - but statistically remain in a fixed distance shell having directional tendencies, not static orientations and positions.
